I'm doing the low carb diet. it works really well, but it's hard to do. i hardly drink pop so that's not a problem. i don't drink much alcohol. giving up desserts is easy enough, but the hardest thing is bread! i need some good recipies that will substitute for bread. can you guys help me out?
