HELLO GREGORY,
AS A DENTIST YOU CAN WORK FOR AS MANY HOURS PER DAY AS YOU LIKE. COSMETIC DENTISTRY AS A TERM IS MISUNDERSTOOD BY SOME AS SOME BIGGER-THAN-LIFE THING. IT IS NOT. ANY DENTIST CAN DO ANY MANNER OF DENTISTRY HE/SHE IS COMFORTABLE WITH AND COMPETENT IN PRACTICING DOING. WHAT YOU SEE ON TV CAN ALSO BE DONE BY SEVERAL OTHERS WHO AREN'T ON TV.
THERE ARE SPECIAL TRAINING A DENTIST CAN LEARN TO DO EXEMPLARY WORK.
