I think I may have hurt my hand really badly because it is tender,bruised and hurts all the time I was just curious if wearing an elatic bandage will help or what will

wear the elastic bandage with some ice to bring down the swelling and take some ibeprofin that should help and if not you should go to the ER or the doctor right away before it gets any worse

It will help during the painfull episodes. You need to see a Dr. you could be getting Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
