I have been married 9 years and love my husband so much. I am not bored with him, I am not unattracted to him. I have no clue what is wrong with me. I have such guilt over it. He is such a great husband and so patient.
Please don't tell me to try different positions and go out on a date with him, because that it not the problem.
I would really like to hear from someone that has had this same experience and got help for it. Something that works. I want the old me back. I'm tired of being irritated and grossed out when I even think about sex. It's so bad that I even hate to see people kissing on T.V.

Try going to a naturapathic or homeopathic doctor as they could prescribe something natural for you to correct your problems. Medications are overused so often and can cause other issues. A natural remedy can correct the problem by addressing the underlying cause not just masking the problem like prescription drugs can. Check it out. Dont' be ashamed as my husband is a practictioner of natural medicine and has addressed topics like this with great success.

I dont have this problem and I dont know what to do about it so I'm not going to suggest a whole bunch of rememdies that 'i know will work!'... Obviously you have tried everything that you think may work with no success. I know it sounds scary - But... maybe see a councellor? Talk to them about when the problem started and what was going on in your life etc and maybe that will help you realise what started the problem in the first place so you can take steps to getting the old you back!!!

except for a few years difference in age- I could have written this almost word for word! Is there something in the air? full moon maybe?
Are you stressed out about stuff? I think that's my problem. I have so much on the go, there isn't any time to stop and smell the roses, and I am just plain tired. Give it time. I wish you luck.

Could it be something emotional? How long has this been going on? I'm intrigued because you mention that even the kissing on TV is bothering you. I wonder if could be hormonal? I just did a search on Yahoo and one of the pages that came up talks about birth control decreasing libido because it drops testosterone levels. Try webmd.com and check on woman's decreasing libido as a starter.

serious questions,
as a child /teen were you told sex was nasty?
what religion are you?
how tired are you?
you may need to see the Dr. about this, there are many things
diseases that can cause this to happen , thyroid, diabetes,
if your disgusted by it and its effecting your husband
go to the Dr. if hes says all clear, find a therapist.
to you and its clear to me, your husband is worth finding out what the problem is.

It is normal for a woman to hate sex. There may be some medical help available if you are willing to seek it out. Could be hormone related or possibly some couseling could help.

could be several things causing this. From clinical depression to hormonal imbalances. You need to have a frank discussion with your doctor, have a physical, and perhaps see a therapist.

Get your thyroid checked. It's a simple blood test. Lost libido can be a symptom of something more serious. Go see your doctor.
