Hi, I've been exercising for 4 months. I do see that I haven't gain any weight recently, but I don't see I am losing any weight as well. I am kinda feeling frustrated. Could some nice person give me some advice? I really want to lose fat on my waist, because it looks terrible. Do you guys have any good idea of targeting to burn the fat on the waist?
BTW, I am 6.4 feet and 208lbs.

My doctor is trying to wean me off of Lexapro, but the withdrawal symptoms are awful. During the day I have a lot of anxiety, I’m very irritable, emotional, and easily angered. I asked if she can prescribe me something in the meantime to help with the anger and irritability since I have to work during the day and this is when I am at my worst. So, she prescribed me 0.5mg of Klonopin to take at bedtime as needed. However, I don’t think that taking 0.5mg of Klonopin at bedtime will help me with the anxiety, anger, and irritability that I get during the daytime. I've taken Klonopin before – 0.5mg twice a day, but never at bedtime.

Can anyone else share how much and/or how often they take Klonopin to help with anxiety, anger, irritability, etc.? Thank you!

I have very vivid memories of being molested at a young age. I remember my Mom's friend's son abusing me everytime my Mom dropped me off at that house to do errands. I did not remember this until my Mom mentioned leaving me at other people's houses when I was young a few months ago.
Even before the memories started coming back I was affected. I didn't like being touched by anyone, especially men. I avoided initimate relationships. This is probably why I've never had a boyfriend, never been kissed and never had a close friend.
Everytime I heard my classmates make sex jokes I would feel dirty about myself and not understand why. I tried my best not to show it. When a girl I sat with at lunch made really explicit jokes, I had to throw out my lunch because I felt so naceous.
I didn't like puberty at all. Developing a real woman's body made me feel violated.
I didn't like being noticed by men and always felt threatened when they showed interest in me.
Was I molested? What should I do?

When i was younger i had an operation as one of my testicles hadn't dropped. Now im 15 and the one that did drop has lots of "stuff" in the sac where-as the one that didn't has basically only the testicle in the sack. This means its much smaller and lighter. I can't feel any lumps and i can still produce sperm but i was just wondering whats wrong and what i should do?! It sounds really wierd what i just said so i hope you can understand, i didn't know how else to put it! Thanks for your help

I am a 24 year old Male. Over the last 1yrs or so I have had numerous problems with my back. I sought chiropractic care but eventually I had to stop that due to $$ reasons. Recently in the last 3-4 Months the pain has became constant. Some times worse than others. I work at a Job where I am at a desk all day. Half way through the day I am in so much pain in My back and my neck . I have seen my primary doctor and he recommended physical therpy. I have started physical therapy , my therapist says that I have 2 curves in my spine and that one leg is 1 1/4 inches longer than the other(talk about giving someone a complex). I am still in pain daily and it gets so mad at work that I want to cry at times because I have no choice but to stay there and take the pain. The doctor has perscribed Tramadol and a muscle relaxer which slightly helps at times but not close to enough. Please help, Anyone know any good, sympathetic doctors around Portland,ME or any advise would help thank you

I had proceedure as emergency on 26 February. Left foot was totally numb, agonising pain in left leg and I could not go to loo.

I am now walking approximately 3 miles a day, smimming 30 lengths in local pool, but my foot is still numb. Has anyone had this proceedure and if so, how long did it take for the feeling to come back?
Every now and again,I fall over- its as though my brain doesn't know that my foot is on the floor!!!

I also now have pain in my right hip and am being referred for physiotherapy. Did anyone else have this problem?
Thanks

Ok, here's the deal. I'm trying very hard to lose weight and get into shape, but I keep getting blisters on the same place on my right foot. I even bought new shoes to help cure this problem, or so I thought! I didn't buy cheap shoes. I went to a shoe store recommended by a coworker. They looked at my feet, the way I stand and they way I walk. But these new shoes are giving me blisters on the right edge of my right foot, the outside part of my big toes, and my left heel. Is there anything that I can use to prevent them? I know that runners put on some kind of lotion or something before they run a 5K or a marathon. Also, what's the best way to care for them and get rid of them fast? Thanks in advance for all your answers!

I think I may have a problem but I'm not really sure how to best explain it. My mood seems to be judged upon the people who I am around and what they think of me almost entirely, and once I have a mood set for someone that's really all I feel most the time. As an example I had depression for several years living with my dad and when I am around him that is what I've most expressed to him as well as not being very talkative so I sometimes simply feel depressed like it sinks my entire mood for no reason at all and I feel stuck in the feelings I had most in the past. On the other hand, I could be around a friend, alone, or around anyone really who didn't know that side of me and I can feel very happy and talkative and such, almost like my personality and mood itself is dependent on how the person views me. Any idea why this could be?
