When i was younger i had an operation as one of my testicles hadn't dropped. Now im 15 and the one that did drop has lots of "stuff" in the sac where-as the one that didn't has basically only the testicle in the sack. This means its much smaller and lighter. I can't feel any lumps and i can still produce sperm but i was just wondering whats wrong and what i should do?! It sounds really wierd what i just said so i hope you can understand, i didn't know how else to put it! Thanks for your help

My husband's testicles are different in size too! He had a hernia surgery when he was 2 months old. We have had 3 children and all works well. Just make sure they dont change in size anymore and let the doctor know if they start to become painful. NOT that I am anything more than a Emergency Medical Technician! Not a doctor like Warren said you need to talk to!

I had the same procedure when I was young and the testicle that dropped normally is larger than the other. I'm 34 now and all is well. I asked my doctor about it and most guys have one larger than the other, but it may be more pronounced in people with our condition. Sounds like you're normal.

HEY DARLIN', I'M 40 Y/O AND I'VE CHECKED OUT MORE THAN A FEW TESTICLES IN MY DAY. IF THEY ARE WORKING PROPERLY DON'T SWEAT IT. TESTICLES ARE LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT PEOPLE THEY COME IN ALL DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES. YOU'D BE AMAZED TO KNOW HOW MANY TESTICLES ARE MISMATCHED IN SIZE. JUST DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT AND ENJOY YOURS.

Sounds quite normal to me. However, you should consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
