find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer or faster alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.
If you use my programme to detox, you should be able to lose 10 lbs within a month ;)
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

It is not good to totally deprive yourself of entire food groups because after the diet you will eat every carb in sight. Try and go healthy all the way around, such as lay off of....... fried foods, cookies, candies.... so forth and so on. Also incorporate a cardio routine in your everyday life, like take the stairs instead of the escalator, play with you kids (if not younger siblings) join an intramural team of some sort.... find something you will want to do everyday. try to do at lease 30 minutes a day.....
and if you have a SWEET tooth like me, try the 100 calorie packs which are awesome and have 3g of fat..... wonderful!
Good luck!!!

Exercise, and just don't take out food to add more of different food. You should just be like okay, i will not eat the 4 cookies i want to eat because they taste good. As far as i know though you need carbs to stay alive and if you take out everythig with carbs in it you will get sick. Eat in moderation. When your mouth feels like it wants to eat but you are not hungry, chew gum. If you start chewing gum all the time though that is bad, Use sugarless gum though.

I am not sure if you are a soda drinker or not but if you cut this out may be the key to losing those 10 lbs....substitute with caffeine free drinks like lemonade or kool aid..(of course drink lots of water).

There of course needs to be exercise involved. Also, try not to completely cut food groups out... it will cause you to binge! just eat everything in small quantities.
