I want to lose weight, But, I dont know what the healthiest most quickest way is. PLEASEEE HELP ME

Ok, so I got my 1st ever period on Jan. 15. So then I got it the next month around the 20. So in March and in April I didn't get my period. But in April I still got the side affects but no period. So is there somthing wrong with me or it this a little normal. I don't know and am kinda scared to ask my mom or friends. Please help!!!!!

how do i lose the fat in my thighs and arms? i have a perfect body and everything but i want to lose my fat thighs, arms. seriously...i have a pool party with my boyfriend in about a month and if he sees me all fat and ugly he'll get shocked. help please! I have been battling my weight problem since my first child 11yrs ago. I have tried many diet plans and nothing has worked. I am very active with work and all my kids. I do alot of walking, running (chasing kids) lifting ect. i even changed what i eat. Sometimes i think that maybe i'll never be thin again. could someone give some ideas of what i can do?

I'm not able to exercise much because I'm bed-bound. I have a bedsore. I am able to get up for a few minutes a day but not long at all. i have dumbells that I can use to lift weights in bed. But I need to know what I should be eating to lose weight and gain energy.

My boyfriend had a chest xray for a routine physical. They found a 1cm growth on his clavicle/rib. He is 22, non-smoker, very healthy. What could this be? Should I be worried? The doctors ordered another chest xray.

When you live in the Los Angeles which has the poorest air quality in the country can it work against you to perform cardio work outs? when i turn my right arm around or stretch i hear a crack noise in my right shoulder and i get a bit of pain, i have been to doctors and he advised ibuprofen tablets, anything else i can take, and my friend says take anti-flammatory tablets, any advise.

Okay, so I had come cavities the last time I went to the dentist and I've had SO much going on that I wasn't able to get back. I'm going tomorrow and now I'm concerned that I'll have to have a root canal. I have no pain in my teeth, but I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist so I'm probably concerned about nothing. How do you know if you need a root canal? And are they painful to have done? Because I'm freaked out beyond belief that I'll end up needing one.

I just applied in march for SS. I know if accepted the payments will start from the day I applied. I JUST had my doctor sign the papers that I am disabled for a minimum of 6-12 months. I haven't been able to work since Sept. 11 and he wrote on the papers that it was the first time he started treating me for my injury. Social security says you must have been unable to work at least a year or will not be able to for a year. I am wondering if since the doc stated that he started seeing me at the onset of my injury, if they will count the past 8 months AND the minimum of the next 6-12 months disabled in just determining if I qualify. I know I qualify in being disabled for the next 6-12 months. I know if accepted I will get PAID from the date I applied. But will the 8 months prior count just in determining the "must have been or will be disabled for 12 months"? The last 8 months with the following 6 months will give me 14 months so I will qualify.

I recently (well, over the course of a year) lost 120 lbs. It feels great to loose all the weight, but now I have another problem.

I have a bunch of loose skin on my waitline area, where my gut used to reside. And when I say a bunch, I mean...well, not to gross people out, but it's just not flattering. Don't get me wrong...It's not hideously digusting, but it's a problem to a point where I still kind of fret going in public places with my shirt off, even though I've started get muscles on my arms and chest. My stomach, however is a different story.

I don't wanna get plastic surgery because it will leave a scar on my stomach. But I want to get rid of the loose skin around my waistline. Can somebody help?
