I want to lose weight, But, I dont know what the healthiest most quickest way is. PLEASEEE HELP ME

It's probably not too healthy for you to lose over 2-4 pounds per week. That said, exercise (like walking for at least 20-30 minutes a day, at least 4 days per week) and cutting back on high-fat things (cheese, meats, etc.) will likely help you. You can also talk to your doctor about this, but I'm not sure how successful that will be (many doctors are overweight themselves).

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the best way to lose weight is by eating only healthy foods stop drinking sodas eating chips by the way theirs a new drink that helps you lose weight and its not slim fast they usually sell it at wall mart
