how do i lose the fat in my thighs and arms? i have a perfect body and everything but i want to lose my fat thighs, arms. seriously...i have a pool party with my boyfriend in about a month and if he sees me all fat and ugly he'll get shocked. help please! (i tried to keep the details short so i can get more answers ;-) lol thanks for the good answers though)

I don't know if you can just loses inches from a specific spot. Usually they come off everywhere.

we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - so it just has to be overall weight (fat) loss.
different people have different parts on their bodies fat reserves are most likely being kept.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

OK drink only water and juices no caffeine or soda. Walk outside for like 4 or 5 miles....run for a mile or 2 maybe if you have a dog walk it....do some cardio work out I know if you are older this is kiddish but the DVD Byou with Sabrina Bryan really is a good work out it makes you start sweating and just keep that heart rate up.... stretch do sit ups eat healthy meals like salad and fruits and vegetables and you will be loosing weight before you know it!!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
