Calling all doctors: Growth on clavicle/rib?

My boyfriend had a chest xray for a routine physical. They found a 1cm growth on his clavicle/rib. He is 22, non-smoker, very healthy. What could this be? Should I be worried? The doctors ordered another chest xray.

Usually it's just superimposition of structures. They will probably do views in different positions.
