my shoulder i hear a crack noise?

when i turn my right arm around or stretch i hear a crack noise in my right shoulder and i get a bit of pain, i have been to doctors and he advised ibuprofen tablets, anything else i can take, and my friend says take anti-flammatory tablets, any advise.

ibuprofen is anti inflammatory, it does not sound like a concern, continue regular exercises. you can try hsoulder supports over the counter, they are worth a try, or a chiropracter, good luck
