I've been eating healthy and running for about 20-30 minutes and doing a few arm exercises with 5 lb. dumbells. Also 500 crunches at a time. The workouts are at least 5 days a week. What is the best for toning up my midsection, flabby grandma arms, and to get great legs. Does anyone know about the arm flab thats really noticible in tank tops? It's in the armpit area, how do I get rid of that. I'm not overweight but just really want to tone up and don't see many results with what I'm doing now (past 4 weeks).

I have been on diets since I was about 13 (I'm 18 now) and have never really achieved any significant drop in weight until I developed an eating disorder 2 years ago. I've tried every healthy diet I know of, I run every day, I train at Muay Thai for 4 hours a week (for just over a year)and am still overweight (I weigh about 166 and am 5'7") Is there anything I've not tried? because I'm getting really desperate to be normal.

My wife works at a nursing home and was emptying a resdients trash can and was poked by a needle. This should not have happened for the needle was not disposed of in the proper place. This happened almost two weeks ago and though my wife went to the hospital, her employer was supposed to have blood samples taken of the resident to find out if any threat of disease but they have not yet. Is this something I should contact a lawyer about? Her work basically tells her its no big deal. We have contacted OSHA and also the corporate office.....we are very worried about this. Just wondering because I think we should contact a lawyer and she doesn't. Can someone please give an opinon?

Im a 25 year old male, I wiegh 145 lbs, I have been doing Lortab 10mg for three years now, some times roxicodines 15mg! I use to go through three hundred Lortabs in a mounth! On 3 weeks and off 1. I have slowed down alot sence then. When I run out I use Tramodol's to help releve the pain of with draws! I just feel like a 60 year old man. Its hard for me to even walk! I also use to use heorine as a teen, and recintly tred again! I snort It, DONOT shoot! Well when I used it I welt a faint "buzz", but was really shocked that I felt nothing! I think that was the wake up call for me! please help as I have no medical insurence !

I haven't changed my diet.
I am getting the same amount of sleep i usually get.
Yet, i've been falling asleep in my classes.
Coming home from school & sleeping 2-4 hours.
Then, in the mornings i do not want to get up.

(im 11) I got my first period a couple months ago and i hate it, i don't want to grow up, i actually cried in front of my mom!!! When i'm at school i feel like somebody can see my 'diaper' or you can see blood through my pants. I know this is gross but i can't wear underwear w/out them getting red! i have absolutely NO clean panties anymore! I keep checking on myself 24/7 and i have to keep changing pads. My mother just bought tampons for me but i can't find the right place to put it, i keep putting it in the urine one not the mentsruation. I need HELP!!!

I've been doing ab exercises for a long while now and they're actually working. But, I've noticed if i don't "suck in" my stomach, it'll stick out and look very big. This doesn't make sense at all. I'm not overweight at all, I'm 6'1" and only 150 lbs, plus I'm very fit and athletic. I want to see some results but for some reason, my stomach sticks out and is very unattractive. Whats going on and how do i fix it? (if it helps at all my 10 year old brother's belly sticks out like mine too)

Just this evening I started getting pain on one side of my jaw. I do have the tendency to grind my teeth and it's the side where my teeth touch more (I haven't been wearing my night guard as often as I should). So it could be my jaw that hurts. But it's possible it's a tooth too. I plan on calling the dentist tomorrow if it continues. I've taken some Tylenol, but what else can I do tonight? Can I use heat? Or should it be cold?

Hmmm i just feel weird, like my mind is just a tad bit foggy. I been so irritible for nothing. Its like if i hear a voice it irritates the hell outta me. i'm 15 lol. Had caffeine withdrawal 2 weeks ago, im just now recovering. Could that be do? Ive slipped some soda here and there though lmao. but ive drunken water more. About a liter a day. For the past few days I have had burning sensations when I pee..i already know from past experience of bladder infections that it most obvious is that..but i've been haven tons of discomfort and pain in my lower back area (kidney region) I've also felt tired and can't stand for long periods of time. I was wondering if it could be something more. I am taking AZO for the bladder infection and if it doesnt go away by friday im calling my doctor..anyone with this experience or pain. Thanks

this is my second time using a tampon (playtex sport) ya but no trouble putting it in but pulling it out hurt so bad and it wouldn't come out until i realized there was a piece of skin looped around the tampon i used my finger nail to unloop it but its still in a circle and im really scared im only 14 pleasse HELP
