Hmmm i just feel weird, like my mind is just a tad bit foggy. I been so irritible for nothing. Its like if i hear a voice it irritates the hell outta me. i'm 15 lol. Had caffeine withdrawal 2 weeks ago, im just now recovering. Could that be do? Ive slipped some soda here and there though lmao. but ive drunken water more. About a liter a day. I cant help it i feel like depressed for nothing.

It could be stress or anxiety.
Vitamins and minerals.
Make sure eating enough carbs as are needed to make serotonin.
Avoid saturated fat, processed sugary food, junk food.
Try eating little and often instead of three large meals a day eat smaller meals every 3-4 hours. i eat nuts or fruit for snacks.
This will help balance your blood sugar levels out.
Drinking water keeps your kidneys active

Don't worry it will eventually pass, I haven't felt like that in a really long time, but try to relax, sleep more, or spend more time by yourself, maybe.

Mabey you should relax and lie down in your bed and have some water or listen to some classical music or wat eva kind of music that soots you while your in bed so it can relax the mind.
