I just noticed that there is a vein that is expanding near my testicular area. On the left side of the "sack" as the testicles descend, theres a vein that looks big, and the other side is normal. What do I do?

Make an appointment with a Urologist.

You may be developing a varicocele. They are not usually serious but go see a Urologist soon especially if you have some pain.
