Genital warts are usually flesh colored, soft, and just feel like little raised bumps. They can appear in clusters or just individual warts and tend to be pretty itchy and irritating.

If you think you have them you should visit a doctor. There are several different ways a person can get rid of them from creams to surgery.

I personally used a prescription cream called Aldara. It took a little over a month for the warts to completely go away, but I saw surgery as a last resort. Condylox gel or lotion is also available with a prescription from a doctor.

A person can also have them treated at the doctors office. This is done in several visits and can be pretty expensive. A doctor applies a stronger medication at the office over several different visits. Podofin, fluorouracil, trichloroacetic acid (TCA) or bichloroacetic acid (BCA) can all be used at a doctors office.

Some people like to have surgery done. This is also expensive but only requires one visit and they are gone. The warts can be frozen off or burned off.

Yes, they can be present around the interior vaginal walls and on the cervix. They may also be visible on the exterior of the vagina. Interior warts need to be diagnosed by a doctor. Exterior warts may look like small white patches of skin that are rough to the touch. They generally need to be removed by a doctor. This can be done with a laser, by freezing, or sometimes by cutting the wart off. Once you have gotten the HPV infection, there is no way of getting rid of it. You can only treat the symptoms as they appear. Go to your OBGyn immediately and have them do a pap smear. If you do have HPV, they can suggest the best course of action for removing the warts. You will need to get regular paps to make sure you don't develop cervical cancer as many HPV infections can lead to it.

Yes, a female can get genital warts inside. They can be painless. If you think that you may have them, go get a PAP done and an examination by your OBGYN because genital warts in females is associated with HPV, which can lead to cancer if not resolved quickly. They can grow individually or in clusters resembling a cauliflower.

You can't get rid of Genital Warts unless you have them frozen off, and they will come back. It can not be cured. Genital Warts grows like a mushroom type thing and is hard, normally will be white. They can grow inside and outside. And if you are sexually involved with anyone, they need to be checked because it can pass, even if you are not in the stage of having them visible.. they can get in the mouth through oral or penis if vaginal sex.

you can get them everywhere down there, even on your cervix. the thing to do is go to the ob/gyn and have her make sure they're warts, and she'll treat them for you. chances are that the treatment will work, but the warts could come back at some point.

i think i may have a wart on my vulva and i'm going to the gyn about it soon. they spread fast so i don't want a vaginal area full of warts!
