I was at a Mom's club meeting where a mom was standing there with her legs at the basic normal stance and some kids came running through and one of the kids actually threw out this little punch which landed right between the legs of one of the mom's. Her reaction was that she dropped to her knees instantly but was back up a few moments later. Just wondering if this is a normal reaction with you ladies. Ever been hit there or have a story?

I've had them for years now. At first I couldn't even get on a bus cause I felt "out of control" and each time the bus went round a corner I felt like I was on a roller coaster, you know that weird feeling in your chest when you go down a steep incline on a coaster, only worse. You should see me on a plane during take off now !! It's kinda calmed down a bit over the years but even to this day I get panic attacks. It comes in various forms from felling kind of hollow inside, suddenly having to do something like tap my foot or fingers etc to try and knock my self out of it and bring myself "back". I also sometimes feel like I don't have a body at times.Most of these symptoms are accompanied with a very VERY fast heart rate, that tingle in the stomach and chest, it's really hard to explain in words, but if you've been through one, you'll know exactly what I mean. I was actually at a job interview yesterday and took a panic attack, I was pretty lucky that it was a group information session that I took the attack but the real issue was that I had to give an individual presentation straight after,,,, all eyes on me, not good but I survived, just. Thank god the one on one interview isn't for another week !! Anyway, I'm wondering if anybody has worked out any specific information as to what sets their attacks off. I think everybody will be different, but I'd really like to compare what sets it off in different people. Also, what do you guys do to get over it ? Have you ever had one in a really bad place, i.e. job interview, giving a speech or what ever. Does anybody have any real horror stories that they'd like to share.

I recently received an email claiming that a research group in Canada determined that applying Vicks vapor rub to the soles of your feet can help cure nighttime coughing. I checked Snopes.com and they have it listed but the status is "undetermined" so I'm trying to find some more info from people who may have actually tried this.

Everytime me and my boyfriend has sex i bleed. It a bright red, but after sex i don't bleed anymore. I have PID and other female issues. I read that it could be a side of cancer. Can someone please give me some insight on this. I am worried to death. and my boyfriend is too. Thanks!!

I got up for my early shift feeling normal, but then couldn't breathe and was a wreck for 4+ hours (Not like me at all) Since then I've had a series of panic attacks and a growing fear of going out my front door (The back garden is fine with high walls) The Dr told me at first all I needed was a girly movie and a box of tissues. Then later when he was told that I have an attack when I try to go outside he said he'd give me another sick line for work on the condition I visit him!! There is no way I can do this right now, and I feel nobody is willing to help you unless you're trying to kill yourself!! I've also been reading about mental health the past couple of days and the symptoms of Borderline Personaliy Disorder really ring true to me. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? Thank you.

i have been diabetic for sometime now, and insulin has been working for me. of recent i have discovered that my glucometer [i use accu check advantage] reads abnormally high 450 upwards. am i no longer responding to insulin or the machine has gone gaga.
i have swollen legs and sometimes the face when i wake up. have gone to tests, the doctor said that i have fluids - water in the heart area and lungs, that s why i experience swollen legs and shortness of breath at night. He has not told me why it is so, is m y liver okay, or kidney, why would water find it difficult to leave the system.
what can i do to arrest this situation, i was given drugs, but i am not satisfied yet. My legs become pretty large especially after a days work, and you can see the impression of the object used to press the leg. please i need help before it is too late, and a suggestion of what may as well be responsible. I intend to go herbal medical. i need advise.

and I still feel some kind of swelling and I can't use my finger properly still because I feel pain when I touch the part of my finger although the nail has fully recovered. I was wondering if my finger would still recover back to its original state since I still feel a sensation but a very painful one.

I am 18 years old guy until now I was alright I had always been a confident guy I always cheered up people when they felt inferior or bad but never realized that I could feel the same someday. I have trouble breathing from my nose, it always feels blocked and very dry inside, sometimes sore and bleeds a little. I think the air in the office is very dry. Sometimes I 'sniff' water to moisten it inside and then blow my nose, this helps a little, but only for a short time. I'm ashamed to say, but this discomfort leads me to pick my nose very often!
