I'm 5'9'' have a big frame so 150 pounds looks ok on me...how can I lose 40 pounds in 2 months..w/o my skin sagging from losing it too quickly?

I have been exercising for about 2 weeks and trying to eat better for a month and a half, but for some reason I can't lose my "muffin tops" (fat around my hips--when I put on jeans, the fat gets smooshed up and it looks like the top of a muffin). I am so frustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weight on that part of the body?

Ok so this pretty much has been going on all my life. I go to sleep at night, and some of the times at a reasonable hour (ha), but when I wake up in the morning I feel like I didn't sleep long at all. I also have profuse head aces and feel like regurgatating. I also feel like this when I go to sleep REALLY early. I have gone to sleep at like 6PM and woke up around 7AM and I still feel the same! Is there anyone out there that knows anything about this? Is it normal?

I saw my Dr yesterday and he said that if my period doesn't reurn after a couple of months (from the date of when my next injection would be due) then I should go back as something may be wrong. It seems as though most people took about 6-12 months to get their periods back, so please tell me how long until you got yours? Please. Thank you. x

I've been with my partner for almost nine years but lately I dont want him to touch me and is not only when I have my period is like I love him and want to be with him but please dont touch me kind of thing. Im 34 and have a daughter with him. Is this one of the symptoms of premenopause. Ive been to the doctor already, hormones and thyroid is alright so they say. Any comments? My father is in a convalescent home for seniors. After my visit ended, upon leaving his room, I entered the hallway, and a female patient, about 75 years of age walked up to me and punched me repeatedly in the stomach, and pulled my right arm, trying to twist it. She was muttering paranoid gibberish about 'too many of you.' I wrested myself away from her and continued on my way out.

I wanted to report it to staff, but noone was around and I had to leave.

I still intend to report this, but what can they do to ensure this will not happen again? Can they restrain her, sedate her, keep her in her room?

What action should I have taken at the moment? I realize this woman is basically non compes mensis, and her punches were really weak, but all the same, I still do not feel safe. What if she had a knife?

What should I do?

I had tooth number 10 done on my front tooth and the color doesn't match I think it looks to white and my other teeth next to it doesn't match they are more like a grey color and the stupid dentist used a metal post to hold the crown and now i can see black stuff because of the post near my gums. Why would a dentist use a metal post for a anterior tooth. Is this a bad dentist

My eyes hurt and they itch sometimes. This has been going on for quite a while. I don't see so bad but to see something really clear I have to squint. I have no idea if I need glasses or what. I am 13. My mom tells me I dont need any; I'm to young. I really don't know & and I don't wanna become blind. Oh and do blind people see in dreams? And does going on computer, tv, electronics make it worse? I have no idea.... =[
