I usually whip out my red Duncan Imperial yo-yo. You don't have to learn any fancy tricks, just do a basic throw a few times. Its the cheapest stress reliever.

But make sure its the Duncan Imperial, anything else is likely to cause you more stress.

stress is something that occurs outside yourself, you have no control over that, you cannot get rid of it. All you can control is how you respond to the stress. There are stress management courses available.

Stress is apart of life and it gets harder and more complicated as you get older! Just take deep breaths and try to relax! Study for your test and try best in what you do...but don't OVER stress yourself!

By playing a mental game with yourself. Tell yourself that all you have to do is answer this
question. Focus on one question at a time. You will be done before you know it. Reduce the test to manageable size. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Tell yourself: " I am smart. I can do this. I believe in me." This does work. hang in there. You'll do fine. I believe in you and I don't
even know you.
