the uterus tilts a bit in one direction or the other, this happens in about 35% of women, and it is generally not a problem. mine was, and I had two children without troubles.

Retro-flexion can be variant of normal uterus position.
Ante-flexion (term from Latin language) can cause infertility (because of compression of angle between uterus and vaginae).
Usually ante- or retro-flexion of uterus (moving forward or back position) is caused by two factors: one is the posture and position of pelvic and sacrum in the space (related with posture of low back and knees regions, and iliopsoas muscle), and another - is so named inner organs "viscero-ptosis syndrome" (moving down inner organs) due to the stress, spasm of diaphragm muscle, which lead to the venous insufficiency in so called mesentherium vessels (which are responsible for blood and lymph circulation).
The best way to protect you against these two factors is to do reposition of inner organs and relaxation of diaphragm muscle exercises - from Hat-ha Yoga "Nauli" or/and "Udiana-badha cria" exercises, and to stretch Your spine, pelvic region's, and legs groups of muscles, which can be done for 15 minutes, better if repeated every day.
