Well if it's red blood nothing much to worry about probably Popped a bloof vessel like a common nose bleed.

But Everyones string is longer and shorter than others and we are all going to die one day.

Don't worry or you'll worry your self to death

Vomiting blood means you have some bleeding somewhere. See your doc today or if he can't see you go to urgent care or ER today. Do not let this go without finding out what is causing it as it could be serious.

This could be a life threatening condition. Go to the hospital now. At least call your clinic tell a nurse what is going on and follow her advice. I think she will tell you to come in right away.

vomiting of fresh blood means only one thing, you are bleeding internally. The concern arrises when the bleeding doesn't stop and you die as a result. Don't be stupid, have it checked out by a gastroenterologist.

was going to say ulcer,but once seeing the cardiac failure =I'm going to say get this person to hospital as fast as you can

that sounds correct unless the person was suffering from alcohol poisoning
