Normally when I have panic attacks I can feel them coming. I know what helps me get through them and so if I feel an attack coming I do what I can to stop it or at least calm myself so that it isn't as bad. But every once in a while I have a panic attack that I just can't stop and I can't even do anything to make it easier, nothing seems to make it easier. I don't want medication because I don't have panic attacks that are bad very often.

If you experiece panic attacks what do you do to make yourself feel better? Can you feel your attacks coming and are you able to control your attacks as well?

I ate a whole bag of costco sized goldfish tonight after dinner :[ i feel completely disgusted now and am very tempted to throw it up, but I know throwing up can't be my solution forever. I was stage 3, estrogen sensitive...I did 6 mos chemo (5 different drug...5fu, cytoxin, methotrexate,other 2?) I took tomxifen for 10 mos and stopped...I have NEVER had any hormonal replacement therapy of any kind.
In 2003 a doctor put me on insulin (1 YR)& my wt shot up 85#'s. When I discovered this I made every change necessary to get off of the shots which I succeeded in doing and I've been off about 8-10 months..I've lost 25#'s just since Jan.
My current A1C is 6.2...I take 10mg glucotrol xl, and for my thyroid I take levilthroxine 250 mcg.
My question has to do with a prickly stinging sensation when I have been extra active....If I am going to get more weight off I really need to start working up a little sweat...right now I am only walking because I do have (scale 1-10) 7 level joint pain in my hips, knees, (roller skating acc in 1987).
This feeling is quite painful and takes 20 -30 sec to subside. It's feels like needle pains (like falling on a cactus plant).

i neva had a good life, n i dnt think i eva will. i grew up bein taught that everything happenin to me is my fault. dont gotta family, n only a couple good friends who keep me goin. i gotta history of anxiety attacks n i just had one past wednesday. i lost my job last month, kinda loosin my faith too. friends pullin away from me, i been single n lonely all my life. im worried i might loose my SSI. nobody cares to help me out, and people make it worse, i think i should die. i aint gonna do nuthin though, cuz my lil brother gonna be worse off than he already is. my one friend today cussed me out n said she dont care if i die. when otha people stressed out they expect me to help them, but nobody cares/believes/understands that im so stressed i dont feel good. im scared i might loose my apartment, and im broke. eversince i was born, nobody wanted to help me out, and blame me for everything. im never accepted, n i think i dont deserve love. im the trash can of society.

This is the 3rd time im writing this question!
I feel itchy at the back of my neck at night time. I think its the pillow, but when i changed it it dint go! I have started pimples on my neck now. What do I do? It's not lice, my hair's too short. Where my hair stops my neck starts and THATs where it itches.

for a couple months my left wrist has been hurting me off and on, and it was usually just if i put a lot of pressure on it. but for the past couple days it has been constantly hurting and almost any movement/pressure on it makes it worse. i do type quite a bit, and i play volleyball. i used to have a habit of leaning on that wrist a lot, too. the pain feels kind of in the center of my wrist, a little more towards the top. The majority of the asthma medicines cause weight gain and I am over weight as it is, and with the some of the side affects from the asthma medicines causing weight gain I'm wondering if there are other natural ways to treat asthma?
