i'd be glad to share you mine :) i weighed 260pounds for the past years. i was always overweight till i started working out last year. i started to go gym and took a trainer for 15 sessions which costs alot. but the only thing that matters after the sessions with my trainer is discipline. self discipline to be exact. after about 7months, i now weigh 210pounds. and still losing. my targeted weight would be about 70-75kg. but according to BMI standard, at my height, 5'5, i should weigh maximum 68kg. but well, i 've always been overweight. 70-75kg is a big change in me. im looking forward to reach that weight. remember, the most important thing is discipline. and remember this too .. F.I.T = frequency, Intensity of training. thats what my trainer told me. and thats what i have been doin for the past 7 months. avoid junk foods, soda drinks, deep fried / oily food. once in a while if you feel like the need to eat KFC , well go ahead. but get the breastmeat part minus the skin =) you can have a piece or two once a month. its okay to do so. just dont overdo it. remember to exercise, at least 3times a week, 1hour of cardio + some weight training and drink alot of water. and loads of vege for yourself. break your meals to 5 times a day. small portions. eat fruits if you get hungry between meals. or have some raisins if you feel like munching. well girls like to munch. everyone does! including myself haha. ok. always remember to check out the nutrition facts whenever you want to purchase canned / packed food, even biscuits. watch out for hidden sugar in food whenever you eat outside. its better to cook yourself than eating out because you know what you're doing with the cooking. :) good luck to you~

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Hi. My friend has lost 42lbs in 6 months and so many people asked her how she did it, that she made a lens about her experience on a web-site.
