No. Cardiac arrest is not normal in any toddler.

Sorry to hear about your loss and I'm sure you are hurting right now very much and would like answers on what might have happened. I lost a son at a year and remember what it was like. If your child's condition was very bad, cardiac arrest will eventually happen. I am just wondering why your child died and what condition does he/she have?
