At Radio shake or on line you can purchase fairly cheep a 30x handheld lighted microscope , when you get it have a friend look at the part of your neck or some of the pimple like things on your skin to possibly detect eliminating fiber like things in your skin. If they do not see anything go to a demetologist only after you look for the fibers . If you do find fibers .. go to Morgellons.org and emasil me for help .. if yoiu bring the microoscope in to a doctors ( when and if fibers are detected , and you have info printed from Morgellons.org You may get an open minded doctor if not you may be in for a bad expreince cause doctors do not regignise this contition yet . you can email me if the fibers are found and I can share what helps with me but I have no idea what causes Morgellons or what will cure it http://www.nextag.com/handheld-microscope/search-html

It may be your detergent that you wash your pillow cases in.

also, it could be a irritant that you are getting during the day, but you only notice it at night when your brian is settling down from the day.

If you scratch the area and you have bacteria under your finger nails, you may be giving yourself Eczema.

Good luck

You may have impetigo or excema. You may have a staph bacterial infection. You may need a topical antibiotic ointment wich you can get from the pharmacist. You should change your shampoo to a natural one without chemicals.
