Hi, I can't do sit ups unless I hook my feet under something. I'm guessing this means I'm using the wrong muscles, how can I make sure I use my abdominal muscles?

i have 4 wisdom teeth coming through, 2 are impacted and i get a bad taste and odour around the one impacted tooth (I have been referred to the dental hospital) anyway today i brushed the impacted tooth quite forcefully as it wasnt painful for a change, when i spat out the toothpaste and saliva there was black stuff in it!???

My parents said something about Floom/Vloom cancer, but i cannot find it anywhere.
At first they thought it was lung cancer, but it's not inside his lungs but on the outside. Apparently it is quite aggressive.
He is getting radiology at the moment, and they are hopeful.
He did use to smoke but quit 7 years ago. He is 64 years old and is also suffering from diabetes.

I'm about 5'6, 140 lbs, and size 36-D bra. I would like to go down to a full B, but I want to make sure this wouldb't be too small. I have a small waist and frame-most of my weight lies in my chest and hips. Is a B too small? Also, when I mentioned it to the doctor, he frowned and said he's rather make me a C-cup. I've lived with a heavy chest all my life; he hasn't. When I go to my pre-op visit, how should I convince him to make me a C? Many women I've spoken to said they loved their results, but wished they had been a bit smaller. I don't want to be one of those women. Please share some ideas.

Do you think it is better for people to have to go through tough times in life and become successful than to have everything at their disposal.
This is from a psychological standpoint, it is obviously more advantageous to be rich but I see people like Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie do stupid things.

i started lifting weights a couple of months ago, primarily bench press. a couple of days ago i started lifting heavier weights, and yesterday i was turning over in bed, and something happened to my chest. now my chest hurts when i make certain arm movements, or twist my waist, when i swallow, or when i breathe....what hgas happened...is it smoking realted or muscular....what can i do to get rid of the pain?
