I don't quite understand your question.
It's possible to fall in love with someone who has HPV (millions of people do!). My fiance loves me and I have HPV.
But, I don't think anyone could actually fall in love with the virus itself. I would never say that "I love my HPV". I'd much rather not have it.

of course it's possible! i don't understand firsthand about hpv, but i know that people fall in love with people who have aids, people who have no legs, etc...hpv is actually pretty common--it's the most common std, so lots more people have it than you proably think. it's posssible to have it for years and years and see no symptoms at all. and you'll find someone who loves you for YOU...you are a person and not a disease.
