Yes!

-Normally magazines like Seventeen have rip out work outs you can do. Theyre usually strength training workouts and are a mix of things that work your legs, abs, arms, chest, etc. I used those before I started doing work out dvds.

-If you buy weights (2-5 lbs) you can add a good amount of resistence to leg workouts such as lunges, squats, or leg lifts. Try working two things at once, for example, doing a squat and then raising the weights over your head to work your arm muscles.

-There are also tons of different ways to work your abs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWxM995gDDA Thats a good video. If you watch it once or twice, you could get some good ideas and then just time yourself in your bedroom.

-Jumping jacks between strength training workouts is a great idea and a good and easy way to burn calories!

Hope this helps!

I have found the perfect answer for you a step twister or some call it a twist and shape.
Small bit of equipment just right for bedroom you step on it and go up and down with steps also twist from side to side this not only helps you burn fat, loose weight it will tone you all in one go all over.
It also comes with resistance bands but the beauty of this machine it makes no noice you can buy from Argos for as little as £24 well worth the money.

Check out 'fitness tubes'. They're very portable - easy to use - and offer great resistance training for very little $$$. They're generally about 48 inches long with a handle on each end. They come in various levels of resistance. They can give you a great workout without the need for heavy weights....and are much more versitile. You can pick them up online for about $10.00 each -- or, get a kit for around $20.00

In-place dancing would work if you're going for aerobic exercise (cardiovascular). Find some suitable music - even your DVD's might be OK - keep the volume low, and do the Twist with lots of extra leg lifts (one at a time, please!). Put your lifted foot down gently, of course, and if you can do your dancing on a piece of carpeting, all the better.

I work out in my room all the time. I Do:
-Crunches, side to side, and regular.
-sit-ups
-put your back up against the wall, with feet out a little and lower yourself, and see how long you can stay there, about a min will work till you get better at it.
-weights(like hand weights)
-lunges
-and the other one i do is sit on your butt with your feet out & together and put your hands behind you. Stretch your feet out and then pull them in , and then back out, and then in, it helps with you abs.

---you can do workout videos while upstairs, just get the ones for like chest, abs, so that way your sitting, turn volume down.

Hope i helped

Bum squeezes where you clench it together hold for 5 seconds then release, do it as many times as you can, legs raises, get on your hands and knees and stretch your leg out behind you and lift 50 times or as many as you can manage don't bring it down any lower then your bum height then change legs. Lie flat on your back and lift both legs straight up in the air and slowly lower both together and stop and hold just before they reach the floor, try holding for 50 seconds!! Cant go wrong with these i did all these before i was due to get married they work wonders xxx

Walk as much as you can like to the store, bank or post office. Also get one of those exercise balls and sit up straight on it while you watch TV. IT works your abs

push ups, squat thrusts, and running on the spot have all worked out well for me. An aerobics platform only costs a tenner and is far more credible than lateral thigh trainers.
