It's likely you tore a muscle in your chest. I doubt that's directly due to the drinking and smoking, though they don't help, but from possibly overexerting and not stretching or warming up properly.

About the smoking and drinking - I'm not sure why anyone would continue to do these things regularly as they are a couple of the biggest growth inhibiters. The smoke will reduce your cardiovascular capabilities as well as heart strength, and alcohol greatly inhibits growth hormone and testosterone production and actually increases estrogen. Definitely a bad thing if you're looking for strength and size gains.

Also another thing to consider is expanding your workout from just doing bench press. If you're just strengthing one bodypart, you'll lose strength and visual symmetry and it could actually reduce gains as well.

Take a gander for yourself at the articles below and see for yourself.

Sounds muscular. You probably over did it. You also need a broader based exercise program that will help your cardio, like jogging or biking for the legs and/or swimming for the arms and legs. Weight lifting may take the kinks out (as I use it) and build bulk and strength, but it is not aerobic and not sustained.
Mild drinking has shown no problems (and by mild, I don't mean "only one 6 pack", I mean one glass or mug with a meal) but smoking does damage with the first puff, besides stinking.

Cut out the liquor and cigarettes, first. Kinda silly to be lifting weights when you are doing unhealthy things. Let your body get that crap out--a few weeks. You should start feeling better. If after a couple of weeks, you don't feel better or you start getting worse, see your doctor immediately. And you know the first thing a doctor will tell you---stop drinking and smoking.

sounds like your overdoing the work out. If you want to tone yourself less weight and more reps if you want mass more weight less reps but, give yourself 24 hr cool down periods or you'll get muscle fatigue! and your pain can come from lifting wrong use a spotter or trainer to help you lift and make sure you lift right!

You should go to the doctor just in case. You also need to quit smoking. Sure you're just doing it while you drink NOW, but it's very addictive. Before long you'll be doing it first thing in the morning, buying your own packs, etc etc. Remember that smoking doesn't just destroy your lungs- it affects EVERYTHING, from your skin to your breath. You're too young to sell yourself short now :)

If you have trouble swallowing and/or breathing, you may want to see a doctor. If you stop drinking, you should be able to quit smoking with no problem.
