i discovered i had a rash on my feet yesterday on the bottom and the sides, and theres a little patch on my shin.. then this morning it started itching and i realized it was on the insides of my fingers too.. whattt is thisss ewww

I think you should go to your doc for a check-up, she/he would run some test, this is the best way find what's going on with your body. There are many different reasons why you might be having an outbreak, Psoriasis, hormones, nerves, the list goes on.

Could be anything, try a Cortisone based cream.

Could be poison ivy, go to your pharmacist, they will be able to tell you.
