i dont think its an infection because i have had an infection in the gum about 4 times so each time i have had antibiotics, i also had some about 4 weeks ago for the problem.

Might be old, decayed food particles (that's why you get the bad taste & odour) that had built up because it was too painful to brush properly before.
Don't worry, once the teeth have gone you will be OK.Just brush as well as you can until then. Warm, salty mouthwashes swilled around the impacted tooth might help you.

Could quite easily be an infection or abcess underneath the tooth. Speak to your dentist about your concerns, they will be able to prescribe you some Amoxycillin to clear it up.

HEATHER,

WITH THE IMPACTED TOOTH YOU PROBABLY DISLODGED SOME BLOOD CLOTS WHICH OCCURRED WHEN YOU WERE BRUSHING FORCEFULLY.
WHEN YOU GO TO THE HOSPITAL HAVE THE DENTIST EXTRACT ALL 4 OF THESE TEETH.
REST ASSURED, YOU WILL BE JUST FINE AFTERWARD.

Probably just the poisons that have built up where you couldn't clean it adequately before.
