I went back to the gym on tuesday. I was stiff yesterday, but today is much worse. My legs are so stiff and sore I can barely walk. You can forget about picking things up off the floor.

Ok, here is the deal. I work out pretty much every part of my body Monday-Friday for about 1 to 2 hours a day. What i would like to know is that is it ok to do so? Is it really mandatory that you give you body time to rest? Thanks.

My patient complains about his "unable to read with comfort eyes" because his eyes get pain. I watched the inside of the lids, tested the lid's cells: he has allergy due to the weather. Does Patanol do more than just relieve the allergy?

I'm trying to research for a screenplay. This person ends up under a sectioning order. Would he be on a suicide watch in A and E? woulda social worker visit? A phyciatrist or phycologist? Would a suicide attempt be enough for him to be sectioned?

When I am UP, I am fine. But that can take a while. I almost feel like giving up when I wake. It is an incredibly powerful sensation. I have lost 2 jobs because of it. I hate night-work so that is not an option, and I sleep ok.

P.S. I am not a lazy f*****. Honest! This is getting desperate.

P.P.S. Doctor was useless: exercise, diet, earplugs, etc. All have been done.

Im 18 and 38FF cup and i really despise my chest [medical reasons, bad back at 18, clothes don't fit, unwanted attention, lost alot of weight so they don't look good etc] when im older and have more money i want to get a breast reduction/uplift.
I have seen before and after photos of this surgery and the scarring is pretty bad looking, is there a way to correct it after the surgery or have any treatment to reduce scarring or would i just have to wait a couple of years for it to fade?

[I am aware of the risks, i have talked to parents, bf, doctors etc about the decision to have the surgery in the first place and im not asking about that and not looking for the 'be happy with your body' comments, anyone who has any helpful info i would really really appreciate it, thanks =) ]

I have been excercising since september of 2006 at a gym. I just recently changed my eating habbits, and I know that my eating habbits were the reason I wasn't loosing weight. My question is, what are some good excercises I can do to loose my belly pooch and my large thies? I do at least 30 minutes of cardio excercises a day, like tred mill, walking, and elepticle machines, and I also do about 150 sit ups on the crunch machines. Is there anything else I should be doing or am I on the right track? Any suggestions?

My son is only 21 months old and per his visit at the pediatric cardiologist he thinks that the leak has gone from mild to moderate since his last check and recommends starting him on a blood pressure medication 3x per day I think its called something like cardthacan or something (not sure) but his blood pressure is fine 70/48 when we were there and I dont think I want him on meds 3x per day at not even 2 yrs old, the DR says this is to dilate blood vessels and minimize the leak back into the ventricle...I just wondered if anyone has any history or thoughts on this plan of treatment? Thanks in advance.
A concerned confused mom

Ok, what I'm doing now is working, but, most of what I'm eating is water, or cashews [[both fend of hunger w/o too many cals]]... and then yesterday all i ate was a bagel and a waffle, jello and pudding. The weird thing was, I wasn't hungry all day. And today, I wake up completely energized and ready to go and run. That was only 475 calories, for the whole day. It sooo should not be doing this to me???
Anyway, I feel horrible that I'm being so unhealthy, but IT WORKS SO WELL!(i've lost 2.5 lbs in only the last couple of days. you can't argue with that)
Anyone else have some HEALTHY weight loss solutions?
Thank you!

Are you pro-life or not
i think that there are some exceptions like if the mother is very ill and will not be able to make it through labor or if they have tested and know that the child will be extremly ill and not be able to live but i believe when it is someone who was just not careful or a young girl i understand that things happen and you could have took procautions but care the child give it a chance then put it up for adoption.
