all videos work as long as you do them! What's your interest?

I hear kickboxing was in for a while, then walking was in - can you believe there's a video for walking?? lol.

Anyway, whatever you choose, stick to it. I'd say get a few so you don't get bored doign the same thing over and over. One thing's for sure, DON'T just get the ones for a certain part of the body. ie. steel abs or steel buns, etc.

You need cardio and THEN you can work on specific areas but you need to do the cardio stuff first. (not as in one month cardio and then do abs, I don't mean that. I mean Cardio for 30 mins (or whatever) and abs for 15. Next day, cardio with legs for 15, etc etc.)

You have to switch body parts otherwise that doesn't work either. Doing the same body part doesn't get you there any faster and in some cases it slows things down b/c your muscles are over tired.

There's a TV show in my country and I saw 5 mins in the morning before going to office. That woman has a perfect body and she's almost 40 yrs old, she said "the exercise does only 50% of the job, if you want 100%, then keep an eye on what you eat, also". So, don't search for workout tapes without following a diet, also, as 10-15lbs is a lot to lose in only 2 months and you won't lose with gym only. Google it, I found some workout tips some time back but I forgot the site.

Billy Blanks Tae Bo is very good and relieves stress as well! You get toned very fast and you really do notice results the first week of doing the workout. He's very motivational. I lost 60 lbs in about 3 months (with diet as well) so I'm sure you will be able to lose what you want in your time. God Bless!

Tai Bo. That definitely gave my a$$ a workout and I lost weight. But I lost the tape. It keeps you motivated because it isn't boring.

not good.the only but only thing that works is a regular(daily) exercise with a very healthy diet.and diet means eating good, not no eating at all.not eating at all may bring muscular loss and anorexia that will make you look like a junkie if you don't die!aerobics-tape or not is only good if combined with gym and diet...And your goal is not what your weight will be,but how good you will look and feel!!!!

good luck!!!

I use core rythems and my sister uses a walking video. They both seem to work as long as you are dedicated to it! Good Luck!
