i love eating whole grain cereal whit fresh berries, banana, ground flaxseed, natural almonds, raisings, skim milk and somtimes extra whey protein.
is this well full balanced breakfast ?
am i getting all the nutrients i need to start off the day ??

It sounds good to me. Just make sure you cover any area you missed in other meals during the day. Remember what you need each day:

3-5 servings a day of vegetables, especially green, leafy vegetables;
2-4 servings of fruits a day;
2-3 servings of meat, fish, eggs, nuts, beans or legumes a day;
2-3 servings of dairy products including cheese and yogurt (or soya products for vegans) every other day;
occasional use of fats, oils, and sweets.
6-11 servings of grain a day such as rice, bread, cereals, and pasta

Oatmeal for a commence. you could flavour it with cinnamon, raisins,any dried fruit(apricots,peaches,pineapple) brown sugar or my typical clean blueberries. upload a glass of orange juice or .5% skim milk. i'm worried approximately you're protein concepts,they seem constrained. All toddlers are fussy yet undergo in concepts good food & eating conduct are taught & moretimes then to no longer unwilling scholars.good success.

Sounds OK to me, although I don't understand why you would bother with the whey protein.
