An endocrine disease can be any disorder involving your endocrine glands... Some examples are diabetes, metabolic disorder, gonad disorders and hyper/hypothyroidism. It would be impossible to list every one and describe the signs/symptoms of each without writing a novel because there are so many that do so many different things.

I listed a link below that has an extensive list of endocrine diseases. Hope that helps!

There are the following glands:

Pituitary gland
Pineal gland
Thyroid gland
Pancreas
Adrenal glands
Sexual glands (ovaries in the woman, testes in the man)

Anyone of them can malfunction.

You can have hyper.... or hypo....

The symptoms are too varied to be described here, but may include weight changes (yes, to increase or to decrease in dramatically), sex drive alteration, alterations of sleep pattern, changes in the mood.
