Alright so I got the eating down and the water, I know all of that. All I need help on is what to do with exercise. I have a gym membership but everyone around here goes there and as bad as this sounds I am unhappy with my body so I want to lose weight before I go. (Not much, but just some so I can feel a little better about myself) (Don't respond telling me to go to the gym that's what it's there for.. I'd feel more comfortable just starting off at home and getting into the routine of working out first) Anyways, I bought these Tae Bo tapes that I am going to start using. How often should I use those? Also, I was wondering what else I should do. As per how many jumping jacks, how many sit ups, how long to run, or anything else. Please help. Thanks!
