If you're having pain in the right lower area of your abdomen, you need to get to your local emergency room ASAP. You could easily have appendicitis. Even if it's not appendicitis the combination of bloody stool, pain, and inability to control your bladder, are symptoms enough to warrant a visit.

I occasionally get blood in my stool. The first time I went to the doctor (afraid I was dying of cancer), and found out it was an anal fissure (I believe this is a tear in the skin), a very minor problem. It doesn't even hurt. If the blood is bright red like mine it is most likely something minor like what I have and not cancer.

I would suggest going to the doctor immediately and getting yourself checked out. Probably it is nothing serious and you'll be happy that you aren't going to die. If it is something serious like cancer, better to find out as soon as possible and have it treated before it is too late. Good luck and I hope everything is ok.

If you have blood in your stool, you need to go see a doctor. It may just be a fissure - a small cut on your anus, but you need to make sure. Especially since you seem to be having other intestinal/urinary problems. Hope this helps.
