i wanna loose weight really bad. what are like simple easy workouts i can do at home like in my house that will loose inches??

well like, my whole point is to be almost "secret" about it. cuz if my parents find out theyre gonna be all supportive and like acting weird and stuff, so i like want something that i can do at home at night and easy

To lose inches you can take a sledge hammer to your erect erect penis, or if you have a vagina you can use a vacuum to gain inches. I hope I helped.

Hi! Seriously the best one is walking if you are not into the whole gym thing. You can start of small, take your doggy (if you have one) and if it's done as often as possible you'll find yourself becoming addicted to it! You don't have to wave your arms around and pump weights while you walk just getting outside and moving is an awesome start.
Decide on an exercise you will do for life, not just till you drop a kilo or 5.

Home exercise eh? well Sit up it's good for your abs. and maybe add some push up too. or maybe exercise with an video. Or just buy something from the commercials.
