20 - 25 minutes is a good estimate for a leisurely 1.3-mile walk without stops. Just based on experience and observation:
10 minutes - to run a mile
12 minutes - to run/walk a mile (brisk, exercise pace)
15-20 minutes - to walk a mile at normal pace
See my source for average pace for men and women. Site's averages a little different from my own experience. have a good walk!

a 20 minute mile is a slow pace

if you're with a group, you're more likely to walk a 15 minute or so mile = so what about 50 minutes or so?
