How would you know if you have laryngitis?
Wouldn't that be something the doctor would have to tell you that you have?


My friend told me he got laryngitis while I was talking to him. He sound pretty bad...he could barley talk higher than a whisper.

And I haven't met too many guys with laryngitis!

I want to grow muscle mass, or at least maintain some of it. Is it ok to take those little generic ensure cans, one after every workout, (3 times a week at gym=12 times a month).......

Is that better than a protein shake? They taste like crap and require too much milk.

Does Pap smears detect low risk HPV or only high risk? I got an abnormal pap smear and she said they are going to do a cop and check for HPV. So this means I have High Risk HPV? Because Pap smears dont detect low risk? Also if I have high risk hpv and not the low risk with warts how will this affect my male partner, of course he has it now too. Is he more acceptable to penile cancer than if we had low risk hpv?

I have the following symptoms: sore, dry throat, runny nose, watery eyes, and fever. I really need, however, a remedy for the sore, dry throat because it's making me have coughing fits which make it embarrassing for me in front of my colleagues. I can't take any more sick days off, and have to return to work ASAP. Any suggestions?

I smoked marijuana, and soon my heart was pounding very hard and fast. My blood pressure was 162/147. I almost called 911 and thought I would die. I had smoked many times before, and nothing like this had ever happened. Needless to say, i won't be smoking pot anymore. But can anyone tell me what happened here?

Yeah I know I need to go to the doctor but my appointment is in 3 weeks. I have some concerns. When I sweat it doesnt smell bad at all, matter of fact it smells pleasant. Yeah I wash up. I drink plenty of fluids and urinate alot. Recently I was drinking Orange juice everyday until the back of my tongue formed tiny red to pinkish bumps. They dont spread, they just sit there.

My head hurts all the time, I can only sleep in the day time, vision sometimes blur up after lifting heavy stuff. And I be tired

A friend of mine recently was told he is diebetic. He is not on any special medication, except for one which I am not sure of what it is, but not Insulin. His doc told him to stay on a strict diet. Tody he came down with a severe flue like symptons, pains in his stomach and diarea. Pain in his legs (both) in which he can barely stand. He said he never felt the way he is now. It first started with a mild pain in his head, which is , i know, cause by his blood sugar. Then slowly he started feeling worse and worse, and by the time he got home he felt so fatigue and normaly he is a very active person. He does eat alot of sugar, but has stoped to just a minimum. Can he be going through an Insulin shock. He does not have any bone ache which usually accompanies a stomach virus. He just feels very , very weak. What should he do? I do not think it is anything seriouse for he just visited his doctor today. Please answer ASAP/ Thank you, Jersygirl622001
