OK, you need to do 3 things.
1. If you're going to eat a lot, try to eat healthy foods. Lean protein like chicken and fish is good. Vegetables are good. Pasta, bread, sugar, and (sorry) beer are bad.
2. When you work out, do cardio a lot. This will burn a lot of calories and keep your body fat to a minimum. Cardio is stuff like jogging, jumping rope, StairMaster, elliptical trainer, treadmill. Anything that makes your heart beat faster and you work up a sweat.
3. You have to do more than just sit ups. The best thing for your abs are hanging leg lifts (but they're really hard to do.) Hang on a pull-up bar and try to bring your legs straight out in front of you. This will be almost impossible at first, so you can bend your legs a little to make it easier. Do these a LOT. If you have access to Nautilus type machines, there is an ab station that will work too.
When you can do 3-4 sets of 20-30 leg lifts, with straight legs, and you've been burning up your body fat by doing lots of cardio and eating healthy, you will have 6-pack abs.
Good luck!

That depends on your body fat % just now , how well your metabolism is , what height you are, how fit you are ....but 2 weeks is asking a lot by anyones standards . Another little piece of advise for ye here buddy , sit ups arent the way to get a 6 pack . In order to get a 6 pack you have to go on a calorie deficit and do lots of cardio . Everyone has a 6 pack , its burning the fat off the belly area that gives you that lean look .Its by no means an easy thing to do , but work hard at it and you will get it .

Well first push-ups arent really for your abs. Second you can do as many sit-ups as you want but if you have to much fat over your abdominals then they wont show. I am thinking that you have to be at 12 or 13% of body fat or lower to show your abs. If you are under taht then you will really have to work hard because abs dont build up over night. I would say a couple hundred a day. I would say 100 or as many as you can do in the morning and then the same before bed.

Dream on, pal. Not going to happen. A "six pack" will take you MANY months to get. If you eat alot, you will NEVER get there. Don't ask why ? Can't be very important then... You can probably buy a plastic one at a costume shop.

it depends on how much fat you have around your midsection. You can do situps all day and night and still not have a 6-pack if you have fat around your belly.
Your best bet would be to do both cardio and ab work (crunches, oblique twists, plank, etc.) that way you are both burning away excess fat and toning your muscles. watching what you eat would be a good idea too
