I think you should ask about your Body Mass Index (BMI), this way you get a scientifically reliable measurement. After calculating your BMI you can see whether you are underweight, normal, overweight or obese.

by the way, the age is not a relevant factor to determine BMI ranges for poeple aged 16 and over.
