Hey hows it going, my names Brett, I'm in the later years of 15, and I have been kinda on and off weight lifting till just now. Mainly, I use light weights, and the maximum stress on my back is about 30 pounds more than average. So, I use 15 pound weights on all muscles related to the arms. I do 8 sets of 25 for biceps, 8 for triceps, and 8 for something else? Also, I am in many sports, currently on Tae-Kwon-Do. And im 5.10, still growing, 136 pounds, and cut not bulk. Also, for abs, i do what i think is way to much, but 1000 crunchs three times a week, doing slighty diffrent mucles on each. Can someone please just help me out so i can see if this is bad?
