Everything in moderation. The more you deny yourself something, the bigger the chance you will end up binging and blowing your diet. If you want some chocolate, buy the very best and savour the taste slowly. And maybe try to do some extra exercise on the days you do eat chocolate.

Every time I eat something that has been processed to put it in the store.. I'm eating something potentially unhealthy...

Chemicals to preserve it...

Chemicals to make the color stand out brighter...

Chemicals to keep it free of bugs, fungus, or to make it bigger...

Chemicals in the ground when it was grown...

Chemicals in the air where it took in air (oxygen, carbon dioxide, and whatever else it absorbed)...

Chemicals in the air that were washed onto it by rain...

Chemicals on it from water that I used to wash it or cook it...

Chemicals that were injected into it to make it grow bigger, stronger, healthier...

ok.. it is impossible to know what is healthy and unhealthy right now with all the chemicals used in everyday life...

20 years from now.. VITAMINS might be discovered to be dangerous!
