Yes. Brown rice is an excellent food for giving you the energy to train properly. Also, contrary to what Atkins advocates say, the most fattening foods are fats (not carbs). That is why the leanest people across the world eat a reasonably high carb diet and rice is a staple for many of these people.

well it contains lot of calorie depending on the amount you take in and is advisable to busy and hard working people because of high carbohydrates content it is also the staple food on asians and most easterners try it
