I am 5'3 and 104 pounds. I want to gain 6 pounds. What can I eat to gain weight without getting fat? I walk 5 miles a day and ride bike for 2. I sometimes swim and do leg presses. Is there anything else I can do?

You are doing way too much cardio if you want to gain lean mass. Cardio is very muscle wasting. If you want to gain lean mass, u ll have to increase ur protien take and do alot of compound weight lifting excercises. Such as squats and deadlifts. Dont worry it will not make you balky, strippers train this way for their tone.

U can gain muscle weight. You can eat a little more & still gain weight by exercising.

total body workouts...drink lots of water and proteins. what your doing is fine. You need to build your muscle anyway possible that add weight. it is either fat or muscle for adding weight nothing else. Muscle retains water.... protein builds muscle.

Work out and eat chicken and bakeing soda water with oregano and tea and crushed mint makes a good musile milk

Lift weights. Increase your carbs and protein slightly.

You can do kettlebells to build muscle . Try Billy Blanks's dvds .

drink more water, when your body retains water you will put on weight but its not visable plus its great for your skin and your digestive system. so i would advise you to drink more water
