Towards the end of November I got a bunionectomy, on my right foot. I was told I cannot run until December this year [2007]. I need some excercises to keep me in shape. I used to run competitvly, and I hate not being able to participate in races anymore! I love pilates, and yoga, so anything associated would be great, or ust something I could do at home :D I'd also like some tips on weight loss? I'm 116 and 5'6, so something to help me maintain or lose, would be greatly appreciated!

its not exactly a scar, it's just my cheek is just not toned. Light spots everywhere, dark spots here and there.

please dont tell me to use a toner, because thats how i got the peeling to go faster in the first place.

I have a condition called Dysautonomia which causes me to have low blood pressure. However, I also have TMJ (jaw) and the pain from it is killing me. Is there a muscle relaxer out there that's safe for me to take?

I went to buy cough syrup, and I didn't want to kind with alcohol anyway, but it occured to me that I didn't know whether or not I would even have been allowed to buy it. I noticed that the pharmacy had posted a sign that they wouldn't sell anything with dextromethorphan to people under 18, presumably since it has potential for abuse, but they didn't say anything about medications containing alcohol.

Do they just not want to be sued by the parents of the under age minors, for selling something that could encourage teens to have sex or have an eating disorder?
In other words, if the parents didn't know about the product would it bee safe healthwise?
I'd like to know because I'm thinking about buying something that says people under 18 can't take it, but I want to be sure its safe. Thanks.

I Been Itching on the inner and back of my legs since Christmas than since mid Jan thro Feb I turned into a full body rash that itched. I first both me and the doc thought it was a reaction to fiberglass at work. But now he says it looks more like scabbies. I see these little tiny dots that look like mini freakles and moles or splinters. now too. I got both creams and not sure its doing anybetter. I washed everything in hot water and dried high heat.. There from feet to head now i think.

Do you ever feel as though you have completely wasted points by asking a question?
Gee, I know the points are made up and don't really matter- but you do have to work a little to get them in the first place.

I came off Paxil cold turkey. I said I was a week into it and I asked if anyone came off cold turkey and how long it took.

I got a buch of responses saying you are not supposed to come off cold turkey - which I have heard.

Someone suggested Xanax - how irresponsible is that? Unlike Paxil, which just has withdrawal, Xanax is actually addictive and has a withdrawal that I can only imagine is much worse than Paxil.

I am not getting back on the medication because I am handling this but I am just not happy about the whole withdrawal process.

So, if you have come off Paxil cold turkey - and if you didn't, good for you but know your information won't be helpful to me - then how long did it take before you got through the worst of it?

I bought a pair and i'm wondering if i made the right choice with regards to UV protection.

It says in their manual that the sunglasses meets 100% of ANSI Z80.3 UV requirements. It also says it meets EN 1836.

and that it is designed to protect the user from harmful rays of the sun.

When it says it meets 100 % of ANSI Z80.3 UV requirements, does it mean it blocks 100% of UVA, UVB and UVC?

I don't know since i havent' rent ANSI Z80.3.

because i have them and i cant find any helpful info on the net about them. they are so bad that i faint or else cry all the time when i have one. What are some pain relief methods

well i dont drink caffine, or anything like that i go to school (i cant afford to get one during a test or exam or in class at any time) and i'm 15, i get that twice or more a day and they are so bad. I'm not under any stress or anything like that

my balance is fine and i get double vision a lot, i dont wear glasses

are there any medicines
that come in a form of an injections that come into effect within minutes that can be used at school

they last about 3 hours and it feels as if i'm being wacked wit a sledge hammer

They dissappeared. I know that I need a prescription and all that. My doctor doesn't want to prescribe it anymore in fear that she'll lose her license, which leaves me addicted and needing it. I'm having a hard time finding a pharmacy online in the US. I take one every night for the past six years so don't ask me to quit or to see another doctor because no one wants to prescribe it in fear that they will lose their license. No judgments please.
