spirulina.

Claimed to be the world's healthiest food and highest protein food besides meat.

"60% easy-to-digest vegetable protein without the fat and cholesterol of meat.
People are eating less meat and dairy protein because they want to lower fat, cholesterol, and chemicals in their diet. Spirulina is the highest protein food with all the essential amino acids and has only a few calories to keep your waistline where you want it. "

But seriously...imho, u do not want to totally eliminate meat from your diet. Might do ur body more harm. It's better to morderate ur meat intake to a proprotional balance. My 2 cents...

There are other sources of protein besides meat. Many kinds of grains will provide you with a lot of protein and they don't have the fats and other things that could be harmful to you like meat does. I think that you should check out Lentils. I hear that they are a very good source of protein.

Make a search on Google for some diet advice and i am pretty sure that you will come up with something.

Hope you find your protein sources.

There are many sources besides meat. Dairy products, eggs, soy proteins such as soy milk or tofu, legumes (beans and some nuts). Even whole grains can have protein in them, though I wouldn't consider them complete proteins like meat.

Along with tofu, beans, eggs, veggi burgers, tvp foods(texturized vegetable protein),there is powder suppliments. Soy protein and whey protein are especially beneficial for women. Mixed with milk gives you the double benefit of daily intake to keep bones strong and osteoperosis at bay.
