OK... About an hour ago.. she woke up screaming in pain.. My wife got up with her... and talked to her.. then called the doctor to see what to do. The doctor asked a few questions.. told them to go to the hospital... and when they got there my daugther said she didnt hurt anymore. Now, she has NEVER been one to exaggerate pain... She is always down playing everything.. so my wife called the doctor back.. he said that they could probably go home and not be seen if she is not in pain at all anymore... Now my question is.. do you think this could possibly be her starting her period? Is that possible at 8 years old? She will be 9 in 3 weeks.. That seems aweful young... and nothing else has been "changing". OR what else do you think could be causing that pain? She was so bad before they left, she could barely even walk... HELP! Thanks

Has anyone used a colon cleanser that didn't cause cramping or loose bm's? I see stuff advertized, but there are not any that I recognize at the store. I've been ill for a long time now. I've been to the doctor....they were no help!! I'm just wondering if it's because my colon needs cleansing?

I had a sinus infection about a month ago. I got antibotics, took them, and thought everything was better. Everything went back to normal, except that I"m still getting headaches, which is very rare for me. They are the kind of headaches where my whole head feels really tight, with just a couple spots that really ache. I also have a very stiff neck and can barely move it. (I'm only 18) I've been getting dizzy spells, and for a few days my heart was racing, and fluttering, but that stopped. I've also had a really sore throat. I'm planning on going back to the doctor in a few days, but I just wanted to know what people here thought first. Do you think that these symptoms are all related? Is it anxiety, or a sinus infection (obviously wouldn't cause the heart stuff), or a combination of different things?

make your whole body swell up??? my husbands mom had a very bad heart attack and shes been in the hospital almost 2 weeks her blood presure is out of controll and shes a diabetic ..is weights about 130 but look like shes 350 lbs doctors say she will be lucky to make it threw this week..im worried cuz if she goes i want my husband to say good bye while shes still alive what would make her body swell so badly ?? i know it could be many things but i need some advice its sad shes only 52 yrs old

This is probably a silly question but here goes --

I am on Ortho-Tri Lo and have a standard white pack for my pill (from school health center)...and when it closes, there are very small spaces that air can seep through into the pack. Does this affect the pill at all? Or is it ok since they're sealed anyway?
