I am male of 26 with slim body. I have good and balanced food eventhough i cannot gain weight. what kind of food and excercise should i follow to gain weight?

Eat lots of protein. You can drink those weight gainer drinks too.

eat a whole bunch of crisco out of the tub. just kidding. theres always the protein shake option if your wanting to turn it into muscle mass but if you want a gut or somthiing start drinking nothing but soda and a slurpie a day. i did that for 2 months and gained 31 pounds (worked at 7-11 and got them for free)

Go to GNC,buy 2200 weight gainer.Drink twice a day with milk for 2months. you can also mix it with chocolate powder to taste good. Work out at the gym and pick as much weights as you can 4 times a week for 2 months. and you'll see results.

At this point in your life your metabolism is still burning off most of what ever you have eaten. You will lose this battle until you get older. You can try eating 2 hrs. before you go to sleep.

have skimmed milk.
and rather having big quantity at once,besides your main meals ,try have some thing every two hours(like biscuits,chips ,yogurt)that will help you to gain weight in a short time period

eat 5 small meals a day with pleanty of protien.we are naturally thin though will be tough to gain.alot to do with genes good luck

eat junk food load up on carbs and double your calories.... drink a lot of sugary soda

im going thorough the same problem.
try eating lots of bread, pasta, potatoes. avocado's, eating junkfood will work too but its not good for your insides and makes you feel sick,

eat a lot of bread and heavy foods...it works....and drink a lot of sodas or cokes
